Mullins Court Apartments located in historic Texarkana, Arkansas.

Mullins Court is a twelve-unit apartment complex located at 605 Hickory Street in the Quality Hill Historic District of Texarkana, Arkansas. The complex consists of three two-story buildings arranged in a U-shape around a central courtyard. Built in 1927 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007, Mullins Court is currently undergoing the final phase of a complete renovation. Mullins Court apartments offer unique, historic charm, but with all of the modern conveniences.

Each of the twelve spacious apartments fearture two bedrooms, one bath, and are approximately 1100 square feet in size. Four of the apartments offer sun porches, which add an additional 150 square feet.

Every inch of wiring, every inch of plumbing, all of the heating and air conditioning are brand new (since 2007).

Keri System’s Entraguard Security System

Mullins Court is protected by a beautiful, yet effective steel and cast-iron fence to keep non-residents off the grounds.

Keyless Entry

The gates are operated electronically by Keri System’s Entraguard security system. Each tenant is provided with their own electronic keytag to access the Mullins Court gates and property.

Keyless Entry

The callbox allows tenants to admit guests from the convenience of their cell phone.

Mullins Court is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
